What we look for
Qualification requirements
These are the baseline requirements to be eligible for work under a Terrone Co contract. We verify them before you are assigned, and again as they expire.
Current insurance
General liability and workers' compensation coverage meeting the limits the contract flows down, with certificates on file.
References
Recent, checkable references for comparable work. New firms with strong references are welcome — we are not screening for size.
Wage-determination compliance
Ability to comply with Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon wage determinations, including certified payroll where required.
Being in the network is not a promise of work. It means you are qualified and on the list we draw from when a matching requirement is won. We reach out when there is a fit.
